These terms govern your access to and use of the Gezora website, products, and services. By using them, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing gezora.ai or engaging Gezora’s products or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
2. Our services
Gezora provides AI products and services, including AI agents for procurement, HR, outreach, data processing, customer support, and KPI performance, as well as custom AI agent development, workflow automation, voice AI integration, and private LLM hosting. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines of any engagement are set out in a separate order form, statement of work, or customer agreement, which prevails over these terms in the event of a conflict.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be capable of forming a binding contract to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials we issue and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the services to break the law or infringe the rights of others;
- upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ data;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services;
- reverse engineer or resell the services except as expressly permitted in writing.
5. Customer data and privacy
You retain ownership of the data you provide to us. We process it to deliver the services in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any Data Processing Addendum. We do not use your customer data to train models without your explicit written approval.
6. Intellectual property
The Gezora website, brand, software, and underlying methodologies are owned by Gezora and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your agreement and payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the deliverables for your internal business purposes.
7. Third-party services
Our services may integrate with third-party tools and platforms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
8. Disclaimers
The website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gezora disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed by a qualified person before being relied upon.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gezora will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amounts you paid to Gezora in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Gezora harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the services or breach of these terms.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the applicable customer agreement. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date.
